CDECK Fire-Rated, Non-Combustable Fibre Cement Decking is designed specifically to give the look and feel of a traditional timber/composite decking yet fully compliant with all recent fire legislation changes. All the benefits without any of the problems. 3D authentic woodgrain finish and coloured through to the core. The Fibre Cement construction ensures a very strong, scratch-resistant and slip-resistant board. Unlike aluminium, which can get very hot in direct sunlight, our Phoenix Fibre Cement decking will be much nicer to walk on barefoot year-round. Aluminium decking can be relatively loud and hollow sounding underfoot, but our CDECK Fibre Cement Decking is quieter due to its solid construction.
The CDECK system has Fire Classifications of A1fl-s1 resistant to fire and other temperature changes, like frost and ice. Furthermore, its screw-free installation system avoids possible water leaks on terraces and flat roofs.

Fibre cement construction materials like cladding and wall panels have been around for over a century. The technology to create higher quality fibre cement products has been improving ever since. CDECK is the next generation, coloured throughout and no painting required. CDECK fibre cement decking boards are composed of Portland cement, silica, water and cellulose fibres, then mixed with other additives. Our CDECK fibre cement mixture is laminated and rolled withing a mould. This process is repeated in multiple layers of fibre cement to the required thickness. The laminated fibre cement boards are cured using an autoclave. Using a combination of intense heat and pressure the chemical reaction between cement and silica happens. The curing process results in a fibre cement decking board with a high strength and tough finish. CDECK is also stable, water resistant, non-combustible and easy to work with using standard tools, drills and saws.
